I'm Elle, a social media manager, content creator, and your Business Bestie. I am here to help you build the business and life of your dreams! Of course, I created RGM because I was looking for the same dream and the same vision. RGM is a home for creatives who assist other creatives, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs. I started this business after years of working as a Restaurant Manager. With that being said helping others was literally my job... but a passion! I started Right Girl Media in April 2020, yes, in the middle of a pandemic. Thankfully, I wasn't the only one that opened a business for themselves. Many people have started businesses with no idea how to put themselves out there. I love helping women build the business and brand of their dreams!
