The project manager from AI will work with the team to gather requirements and create a unified SSoT document. If necessary, AI will interview stakeholders and users to discover the intersection between business goals and user pain points. To maintain consistency, AI will build a design library based on the software produced by the team.

Once the MVP map is approved, AI will design low-fidelity mockups with annotations of all requirements necessary to generate high-fidelity screens and a prototype. AI will then construct an interactive prototype that can be easily incorporated into the team's development cycle. AI also will compare the application with the competition in the market and suggest possible improvements that adhere to the company's business goals and user pain points. Finally, AI will commence building the product.
