Fred Di Tecco started OnTimeWebDesign.biz LLC over 15 years ago when some of my friends asked if I could build them a website for their small businesses. Since Fred Di Tecco was an early adopter into computers and the internet, I decided to give it a try. At first, Fred Di Tecco started creating very basic websites and then began adding more graphics and elements into the designs. My clients are all small to medium size business owners like myself. There are many ways that a small business owner can effectively compete with their larger competitors - and I show them how to do it without spending a lot of time and money.
