Monica Kovach holds a Master's in Art Therapy and Counseling from Michigan and began working as a therapist there for a few years before burnout took over and moved to virtual coaching. Going from therapist to business owner was a big change with little knowledge of how to market her services and, more surprisingly, how to talk about counseling and coaching with people without credentials. Kovach was initially overwhelmed but eventually found her footing when it came to pricing, packaging services, and designing a website to attract and book clients.
