Founded in 2013 in Sliven, Euro Connect has started its history with the classic Teleselling Outbound in Italian, due the desire to achieve the success of our team and the high IT skills in 2014 we open our second office in Sofia, Bulgaria’s capital. 500 sq. mts. of Call Center, a super-reliable IT infrastructure and a fantastic Team have made us today the main partner for some of the most important Italian and International companies for their Customer Care and Help Desk Outsourced services. Today Euroconnect is also present with secondary offices in Romania [Bacau] and Albania [Shkodra] to satisfy every operational need of its Customers.
