Empassion Marketing and Coaching was founded in 2019 by Sharon Pastore, a former director of marketing for mission-driven brands in education, nonprofits, start-ups, and professional service firms.The company incorporates a unique framework that blends marketing strategy, coaching and brand storytelling with what's called The Empassioned Way™.   The Empassioned Way™ is a framework designed to helps clients build an authentic, conscious brand and focus on forward movement over perfection using both data-driven and intuitive methods of marketing.Our specialty is working with founders and small business owners in professional service industries such as mental health and education.
