Queen Street Hospitality Group (QSHG), one of Charleston's most prestigious restaurant chains, partnered with CBPR for a social media takeover as well as ongoing influencer marketing and PR initiatives for their two establishments, 82 Queen and Jalisco. In our first year of business, we partnered with 91 micro-influencers and leveraged our unmatched influencer connections to secure coverage for all three restaurants in a series of Instagram videos, posts, giveaways, and stories. These efforts netted 2.7 million impressions, 63 posts, and 252 stories. With 181 local, regional, and national news hits highlighting the restaurant's events, food/cocktails, meeting space, and chefs in that same first year, CBPR increased all three restaurants' Instagram and Facebook pages by a total of 10,000 followers. This helped the team secure more media coverage and attract more customers.
